It is your responsibility to disclose any medical conditions, allergies, or injuries that may affect your ability to participate. Luxe Maha reserves the right to request medical clearance prior to your participation in any activities.

3. Waiver of Liability
By participating in Luxe Maha retreats, you agree to waive any and all claims against Luxe Maha, its instructors, employees, and affiliates for any injuries or damages incurred during your participation, whether caused by negligence or otherwise.

4. Media Release
You grant Luxe Maha permission to photograph and record video footage of you during the retreat. These materials may be used for promotional purposes, including but not limited to social media, website content, and marketing materials. If you do not wish for your image to be used, please inform us in writing prior to the event.

5. Refund Policy
All payments for retreats are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. Luxe Maha pays retreat owners and suppliers in advance and adheres to their non-refundable policies. In the event of cancellation by Luxe Maha, a full refund will be issued.
