By participating in Luxe Maha retreats, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions:

Health and Safety: You are responsible for your own health and wellbeing during the retreat. Luxe Maha is not liable for any injuries, accidents, or health-related issues that may occur while attending the retreat. Please consult a healthcare professional before attending if you have any concerns.

Retreat Fees: All retreat fees must be paid in full at the time of booking, unless otherwise agreed upon. Luxe Maha reserves the right to refuse attendance if the full payment is not received.

Refund Policy: Luxe Maha adheres to a non-refundable policy for all bookings. Payments made for retreats are non-refundable due to the advance payments made to retreat owners, suppliers, and other service providers. In the event of a cancellation by Luxe Maha, a full refund will be issued.

Cancellation: If you wish to cancel your retreat booking, we require a minimum of 30 days' notice. Cancellations made within 30 days of the retreat start date will result in a forfeiture of the retreat fee.

Privacy and Data Protection: Any personal data provided during the retreat booking process will be handled in accordance with applicable privacy laws. Luxe Maha will never share your personal information with third parties without your consent, except where required by law.

Behavioural Expectations: Luxe Maha encourages a respectful and supportive environment. Any disruptive or disrespectful behaviour that compromises the experience of others will result in immediate removal from the retreat without refund.

Photography and Media: By attending the retreat, you consent to Luxe Maha capturing photographs or videos during the event. These images and videos may be used for promotional purposes. If you do not wish to be photographed or recorded, please inform Luxe Maha prior to the event.

Indemnity: By participating, you agree to indemnify Luxe Maha, its organisers, affiliates, and partners from any liabilities, claims, or damages arising from your participation in the retreat.
