Booking & Payment

All bookings are subject to availability.

A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. The full balance must be paid by the deadline specified at the time of booking.

Prices are subject to change at our discretion, and we are not responsible for fluctuations in exchange rates or additional fees charged by banks or payment providers.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellations made by participants are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in our cancellation policy.

Luxe Maha reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a retreat due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, participants will be offered a credit or an alternative retreat date.

No refunds will be issued for no-shows, early departures, or unused services.

Travel Insurance

Travel insurance is highly recommended for all participants to cover trip cancellations, medical emergencies, and unexpected disruptions.

Luxe Maha is not responsible for any losses incurred due to lack of travel insurance.

Participant Responsibilities

Participants must ensure they have the necessary travel documents, including passports and visas.

Luxe Maha is not responsible for any issues arising from failure to comply with immigration or customs regulations.

Participants must respect local cultures, customs, and rules of accommodations and retreat venues.

Code of Conduct

Luxe Maha reserves the right to remove any participant who behaves in a disruptive, disrespectful, or inappropriate manner without refund.

Participants are expected to engage respectfully with other guests, hosts, and service providers.

Intellectual Property

All content, images, and materials on our website and provided during escapes are the intellectual property of Luxe Maha and may not be reproduced or distributed without our permission.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of NSW. Any disputes arising from Luxe Maha' services shall be resolved in the courts of this jurisdiction.
