Cancellation Policy

At Luxe Maha, we understand that unexpected situations may arise, and we strive to provide a fair and transparent cancellation policy. By booking with us, you agree to the following terms regarding cancellations, refunds, and rescheduling.

 

1. Cancellation by Participant

Non-Refundable Deposit: A non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation. This deposit covers administrative costs and initial supplier commitments.

Cancellations Made 60+ Days Before Departure: If you cancel more than 60 days before the scheduled start of your retreat, you will receive a refund minus the non-refundable deposit and any incurred processing fees.

Cancellations Made 30-59 Days Before Departure: If you cancel within this period, 50% of the total booking fee will be refunded, minus the non-refundable deposit and processing fees.

Cancellations Made Less Than 30 Days Before Departure: No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 30 days of the retreat start date.

No-Shows & Early Departures: No refunds will be given for no-shows, early departures, or unused services during the retreat.

 

2. Cancellation by Luxe Maha

Minimum Participation Requirement: Luxe Maha reserves the right to cancel a retreat if the minimum number of participants is not met. In such cases, participants will be offered a full refund or the option to transfer their booking to a future retreat.

Unforeseen Circumstances: In the event of circumstances beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, pandemics, political instability), Luxe Maha reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the retreat. Participants will receive a travel credit for a future retreat but are responsible for any personal expenses incurred.

Retreat Leader Cancellation: If a retreat leader becomes unavailable, Luxe Maha will make every effort to find a suitable replacement. If this is not possible, a full refund or rescheduling option will be provided.

 

3. Transfer & Rescheduling Policy

Participant Transfer: If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your booking to another person. You must notify us at least 30 days before the retreat start date, and the new participant must meet all retreat requirements.

Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule, Luxe Maha may allow you to transfer your booking to a future retreat (subject to availability and additional fees). Requests must be made in writing at least 60 days before the retreat start date.

 

4. Travel Insurance Requirement

Luxe Maha highly recommends that all participants purchase travel insurance that covers cancellations, medical emergencies, and unforeseen trip interruptions.

We are not responsible for any expenses incurred due to cancellations, including airfare, visa fees, or other non-refundable travel costs.

 

5. Refund Processing

Refunds will be processed within 14 business days from the date of cancellation confirmation.

Any bank or payment processing fees incurred during the refund process will be deducted from the refunded amount.
