A Day by the Coastline
8:30 AM – Gather & Greet
Your Luxe Maha host welcomes you in Wollongong. We begin with a quiet moment — a chilled cloth, a welcome sip, and a gentle briefing for the day ahead.
9:00 AM – Scenic Drive Along the South Coast
Cruise past rolling paddocks, coastal cliffs, and vineyard-draped valleys. The drive is an experience in itself — unhurried and cinematic.
10:00 AM – Sparkling Stopover – Morning Sip
We begin at a local gem with sweeping views — where a glass of chilled sparkling rosé meets soft morning light. Time for a photo moment, with the coastline as your canvas.
11:30 AM – Private Tasting at Boutique Cellar Door
Step inside a family-run winery with over 1,200 awards and a passion for the unusual. This is where you meet Chambourcin — a moody, bold red born from the coast’s cool climate. Your private tasting includes:
Limited release reds & elegant whites
A guided conversation on Chambourcin’s journey
Luxe Maha tasting cards to record your notes
1:00 PM – Lunch Among the Vines
A vineyard restaurant reserved just for our group — where locally sourced produce meets sweeping views. A two-course lunch designed to complement the wines, served with elegance and ease. (Gluten-free, pescatarian & vegetarian options available upon request.)
2:45 PM – Final Sip & Stroll
Time for a final tasting or a slow wander through the vines — connect, unwind, or simply sit and savour.
3:30 PM – Return Journey Begins
We retrace the coastal path — drowsy with wine, nourished in soul — returning to Wollongong with memories carried gently.
4:30 PM – Farewell & Luxe Maha Gift
As we part, each guest receives a curated Luxe Maha gift bag — a keepsake of the day’s beauty, including a wine stopper, artisan chocolate, quote card, and Luxe Maha gift card.
